Our Services may allow you to purchase products directly on our website. Refunds, returns, and
exchanges will not be issued for products that have not been purchased directly through the
Website. We reserve the right to deny a refund, return, or exchange, as our products are made to
measure and ordered with a full agreement in writing.
Orders
Saving an order in your Account and adding products to your shopping cart do not guarantee the
price or availability of any product. For orders placed with both standard production
time and standard shipping as indicated on the Services, we allow customers a 24-hour review
period after such orders are placed before sending the orders to our production facility.
This gives you time to correct any mistakes on either party. Changes within the standard 24-hour
review period can be submitted by email via our website. You can also call our Customer Care
Team at 01252 888853. Orders will be confirmed in writing and after agreement we will
manufacture. Changes to orders cannot be made after the order has been sent for manufacture.
